Orders placed after 3 pm EST begin processing the next business day.

When do I need to order to make sure it gets to me by Christmas?
All orders must be placed by the following times depending on the service level you choose at checkout.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. Orders that are eligible for expedited shipping will show available options at checkout. For further information, please email us at CustomerCare@foco.com
Can I get expedited shipping if I live outside the United States?
Yes, expedited shipping is available to orders shipping within the US. Please select either "Two Day" or "Next Day" shipping options at checkout.
Can I get expedited shipping if I live outside Canada?
Yes, expedited shipping is available to orders shipping within Canada. Please select "Two Day" shipping options at checkout.
Which items can be guaranteed if I order before the deadline?
For guaranteed shipping, the item must be in stock at the FOCO warehouse at the time of purchase. This does not include items shipped directly from a vendor. Custom products are not guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas.
Items in my cart have a lead time to ship - will they arrive before Christmas?
We cannot guarantee Christmas delivery for any item that is currently Out of Stock or on Pre-Order with a shipping lead time.

WHERE CAN I SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders can be shipped within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and to APO/FPO addresses (some restrictions apply). FOCO.com does not ship outside of North America, but ordering options are available in several other countries.

FOCO.com doesn't ship to P.O. boxes, US territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Saipan, Midway Islands, American Samoa, and Federated States of Micronesia), international re-shippers or businesses that forward packages to international addresses.
HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?
From time to time we may offer free standard shipping that may be applied at checkout by using a code at checkout or automatically applied at checkout depending on the promotion. From time to time we this value may change due to various promotions that we may run. Please read each promotion carefully to make sure all of your items qualify.
WHEN EXACTLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
When you enter your shipping address during checkout, each available shipping method will automatically update with estimated delivery dates. Once you select the shipping method and complete your order, the estimated delivery date will be listed in your order confirmation email or sms text.
CAN I CHECK ORDER STATUS OR TRACK SHIPPING?
Of course! You can check your order status any time after it's placed. Tracking information will also be emailed to you when the order ships.
If you have signed up for a FOCO Squad Account during checkout you may log into your account at any time to and check the current status of your order. If not, we will still make sure our carrier pigeon sends you regular email updates.
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, the shipping address cannot be changed after an order is placed. Please contact FOCO.com Customer Service to help you adjust your order. However, if your order has been processed you will not be able to adjust your order.
